Hobie Kayaks Adventure Island The Hobie Kayaks Adventure Island is a 16' sailing kayak that incorporates the patented Hobie Mirage Drive system into a unique sailing kayak.
Sailing the Hobie Adventure is easy, the sail is operated using a pull pull Furling system. The Outriggers provide the stability and the rudder provides the steering, all controlled from the Islands comfortable seating position.
When not sailing the Adventure can be used with or with out the outriggers with the kayak paddle or pedaled with the Mirage Drive system.
The Island centre hull is the same as the Hobie Adventure with adaption brackets mounted for attacheding the outriggers and mast.
