How to
place your order
You can place your order online simply by adding your chosen products to the shopping basket using the 'Add to basket' buttons.
Once you have collected your items in the shopping basket and are ready to 'Check Out' simply click the 'Check Out' button from the shopping basket and you will be taken to our secure checkout page with 128 bit SSL encryption on our secure server (https: prefix).
Enter your payment details and delivery address and submit your order.
You should receive a confirmation of your order by email to the email address that you have provided shortly after submitting your order.
Your payment card will not
be debited until we have checked that your order is in stock.
We will contact you if any items are unavailable with expected delivery dates or equivalent products. We will not process your order without your authorisation.
Delivery
Please note that all orders are sent via recorded delivery using Royal Mail or Courier requiring the recipient to check the condition and sign for the goods on delivery. If no one is present at the delivery the courier will leave a contact card at the address for you to call and re arrange delivery.
Canoes & kayaks are normally despatched on a 3 day delivery service and smaller items with an overnight delivery service.
We can provide you with a consignment number for tracking your delivery upon request by telephone or email.
Delivery Address
We can deliver direct to your work address as this is often more convenient for our customers.
Reserve for Collection
If you would like to order online and reserve your order for collection from Swansea Canoes, please select 'Collect from Shop' as the delivery region. We will contact you upon receipt of your order to arrange a collection day that's convenient for you.
