operates a canoe & kayak shop at the River Dart Country Park.
The shop carries a huge range of demo kayaks for our customers to try.
We also run demonstration days with recreational touring kayaks and sit on top kayaks for our customers to try.

The River Dart Country Park is open again to paddlers for the 2009 - 2010 season
The River Dart Country Park and facilities is open to paddlers at weekends for the season.
Access to the park for non-residents during the winter season is £5 per car or £10 per minibus for the day. Paddlers will be issued with a car pass to enable them to drive in and out of the Park to run shuttles to/from Newbridge/Dartmeet/Buckfastleigh. Day Visitors also have use of the toilet facilities and communal hot showers in our "Boot room" on Saturdays and Sundays. The refurbished cafe bar "The Old Sawmill" is open at weekends and offers a Sunday Carvery lunch from noon to 3pm.
Paddlers not wishing to use the facilities at the park will need to egress at Buckfastleigh as the egress at Holne Bridge will be closed at weekends. |

Over 90 acres of woods, lakes, parkland and the River Dart. A perfect location for a day out with the family exploring the woods and parkland. There are plenty of attractions for the kids, these are free once you've paid for parking or a resident.
